AM: 0:20-Recumbent Bike. While the team was out on their morning three I went to Mark's room to do a bike workout. Set it to hill work out and went up and down for twenty minutes. Got breathing pretty good and a little sweaty all over.
PM: 2-Region Course. While the team did a work out on the course I ran up and down the sidewalk in the middle. Kept their pace it was pretty good and didn't hurt unless I turned right. |
