PM: 6-Foremaster. Surprisingly I felt really good. It was a tempo run at a 6:00ish pace for five miles, then one cool down mile. Took it up foremaster which was hard but we recovered quick and kept the pace going.

| | PM: 8-2nd lap of the St. George Half Marathon with Coach Holt. Did a short half mile warm up then started with him at 5:30ish pace. It was pretty tough at first but who's to complain I only did 6 miles, and he was on his 8th when we started. Did a lot of passing and i had to keep yelling for everyone on their first lap to move over, but hardly anyone listened so we were running on the dirt half the time. Kept the 5:30 pace for a lot of the time, and saw a bunch of people some who thought i was actually running in the race. then i went home and finished with another two miles. Good day. |
