PM: 3-Arctic Circle. First run since regionals, and it wasn't the best experience ever. My knees were killing me and I realized how truly out of shape I am. Lungs definately need to get used to running again.

PM: 5-Sanburgs Pond from Rec. Center. Good run out in the trails and had a quick pace the whole time. Some kids asked me as I ran by, if I was Trevor Thompson so i turned to them and said no but he's one of my best friends. Then they asked if I went to Pine View and if Trevor was the best runner at our school. I told them "he is...besides me...I beat him at two of the last three races, so you tell me who's better." Then I ran off, leaving them awe struck, or maybe they were just staring at my upper thighs in my short shorts. I don't know, but I felt legit.

PM: 3-Sanburgs Pond. The girls decided to show us a new 3 miler into Washington then Sanburgs. And we saw a dead cow. Then played frisbee for 30 minutes. It was pretty cold, but fun, even though not everyone played real hard.

PM: 7-Shinob Kibe...The Real Run/Striders. Pretty neat run to the top of the butte. Awesome view. Good work out, and had our quads a little burning afterwards for Striders.

PM: 6-Sandburgs. We didn't have a clue where we were going. Just made it all up as we went. Pretty neat place with tons of awesome hills. Would make for a crazy XC course. We gave the run a name but i forgot what it was.

PM: 6-Highland Trail Loop. What's new about this run? Nothing, absolutely nothing. This whole week has been in the cold and rain. Which was nice but it get's old. It would be worth the cold if it snowed. But i doubt that will happen.
