AM: 3-Cedar City. Stayed at Trevor's up in Cedar since I was on a recruitment trip to SUU and we, (Devin and I), went out on a freezing run this morning! I kind of liked it.

PM: 12-Dikes. Went with some of the SUU guys since it was a 'run on your own' day for them. It was a decent pace and way fun, it didn't seem like they were annoyed by us at all.

AM: 3-Arctic Circle.

PM: 10-Ladders. 800, 1000, 1200, 1200, 1000, 800, 3x400. They were pretty good and at a controlled pace but we were hitting times that we hit earlier this year in real workouts.

PM: 5-Pleasant Grove. Ran from my grandparents towards American Fork then back to go to bed and get ready for our race at AFHS tomorrow.

AM: 7-UHSTCA Pre-Footlocker Invitational. 3 mile warm up to get our muscles really ready. Just enough time to get ready and get to the line to race. We were all covered and taking everything off was freezing. We were like the only legit team that raced with just our uni's on. Everyone else had wussy shirts and jackets on during the race. Started out moderately fast, just behind the lead pack. After a mile Mack came up on me, (I was really just waiting for him or Clayton to come), then I stuck on his shoulder the whole first lap as we wove in and out of runners to get to the lead. A group of 5 of us lead the race and really pulled away the second lap. Clayton, Mack, Brayden, Chuk, and Me. We got a little physical and got me kinda mad so I came back on Brayden and lead the race for a couple seconds then I came to my senses and stuck right back in behind them. Went with all their moves until the one on the third mile. I made a move of my own just not as fast. A bunch of them were getting away but I kept it in there and ran with Chuk to the track where I took off to try to catch Mack in front of me, but he had too much of a lead. 1st- 16:16, 2nd- 16:21, 3rd- 16:23, 4th- 16:29, 5th- 16:35... There's our lead pack times. Everyone else was quite a ways back.

AM: 3-Arctic Circle.

PM: 10-Pioneer Park. Best run ever! First we were gonna run Albino Trail, but we went the wrong way and it wasn't the right distance. So we just made it up and ran over all the crazy landscapes at Pioneer Park. We were jumping canyons and jumping off stuff, it was so much fun. Then back by Chuck-A-Rama and to the school.
