| | AM: 12-Coral Canyon??? Trevor and I tried to get up in time to bandit the run 4 kids, but woke up too late and went out to find people already running past my house. We passed all the runners up to the finish line and talked to some guys, then went on a freezing 10 mile adventure, with a 5 mile tempo somewhere in the middle at just over a 6:00 pace. |

Davis Invitational (1 Miles) 00:04:28 | | PM: 4-Davis Invitational. I ran a little slower than my PR, but i should have been much faster. I had all the competiton I needed I just couldn't pull through the last 400. splits were 1:04, 1:06, 1:09, 1:09. Came through the first 800 at 2:10, perfect pace for a great time, and couldn't quite push the 3rd lap like I know I need to, and my last lap just sucked. But I'll put this out of my head and run a great time at BYU next week. My 800 was a 2:04, I'm not even going to comment about that one. |
