PM: 8-Reverse Washington Parkway. Legs hurt way bad today so I stretched and lathered my legs in myocite. (The equivelent of wintercrest). They feel better after all that but not great.

AM: 3-Arctic Circle.

PM: 10.5-Intervals. 5x(1600 at 5:08, 3:00 at resting jog). Work out didn't feel great, but we were hitting pretty close to our time, I can't say it was exact, but it was close. Then Tevor, and I, along with Kaylee, JP, and Stoner went over to Desert Hills and watched the JV race.

AM: 3-Arctic Circle.

PM: 9-Desert Snake/Striders. Up through Middleton and through the Desert almost up to where Corey almost got bit by a snake this summer. Pretty chill run, felt tired at the end, but then I almost beat coaches record of 5 wins in Striders. 4 of them in a row. Lifting and Plyo's hurt but I was glad to do it.

AM: 3-Arctic Circle.

PM: 8-Repeats. 10x(400 at 1:09, 1:00 jog). Hit our times really solid all the way through the workout. Felt good and bad at the same time. My shin has started to hurt and I keep saying I"ll commit to taking care of them, but I am so lazy. From now on my goal is to stretch after every run either at home or school, and roll out my legs a couple times a week.

PM: 12-Telegraph. Did the run way late at night when there were no cars out. It was really lonely going up and down the telegraph hill twice and very windy. Nice run with a quick finish. Feeling ok.
