AM: 3-USU Campus Loop. Woke up at 7:30 for a morning run with all the recruits. I'm glad I wasn't the only one with morning runs. It was cool and different to go running with people I've never met before but they were all way cool. Got back just after 8 when our appointment with the biology academic coordinator was at 8. So i hurried fast and I was actually the first on ready. We eventually left at 8:30. Kind of a bad impression on the coaches. But the rest of the day was good with them. I really liked it.
PM: 7-USU Neighborhoods. Warmed up with the college athletes and they went about 4 miles. Then when we got back we just watched them do their work out while we did a couple striders, core workouts, and stretching. Then we all needed a little more mileage so we did a couple laps around the indor 200 track, then went outside on the snow covered track. Me and Marcus raced the 400, sort of. He ran a 58 and I ran a 59 just for fun. We were slipping all over. Then we jogged over to the athletic training building then back to our hotel to get ready for more meetings. I really like the snow! But I felt so out of place being the only one with our running tights. I guess that's what I get for living in Southern Utah. |

| | PM: 5-Telegraph. Just got back from our trip up north. (Me and Kaylee went to USU, UVU, and SUU for recruitment purposes with my mommy). And we decided to see if anyone was still at school. We saw basially the whole team and Trevor for the first time since New Years Eve! And we just ran home from there since we had our running stuff in our suitcases. It was definately hotter here, I kinda liked it up north! |

AM: 3-Arctic Circle. Ran with coach and told him all about the visit up north, and it felt good.
PM: 6.5-Scout Cave @ Chuckawala. Really neat run, except for when we had to basically hike up a mountain on our way back. But the scenery was great and we got to see a whole nother side of SGC that we never really get to see. Those Snow Canyon guys are lucky with all those great trails right there. The caves were pretty big and we all took a little potty break in there :) except for Mikey. He had to wander off in the wilderness somewhere. Practically raced back to the cars cause Trevor had to poop, and Casey went right with him. I got 2nd place though! |

AM: 3-Arcitc Circle. I actually didn't run to arctic circle because I turned around half a mile early, so I could turn on the showers and let them warm up before I got there. Went out to the track for the last mile and did a lot of vizualizing and goal setting stuff. I'm pumped for this season!
PM: 6-Greensprings Figure 8. Did our own little version of Greensprings and took a wrong turn, (on purpose), then had to extend past the DI and to the other side of the high school. I realized I was running quite 'lazy' today and I need to fix it and take care of myself if I want to reach my goals. |

AM: 3-Arctic Circle. Ran in my new, cool, running tights so I could fit in with all the Northerners and the girls on the team :)
PM: 7-Prostitute Run with Dirt(y) Mile. Felt good at the beginning and was running well, until my tape job made my foot start throbbing! Started running back on my heels and all heavy. Wasn't the greatest, but we got to start lifting today, so that was good. |

| | AM: 3-Arctic Circle. Didn't wake up on time so I just went to the school around 6:45. Ran on my own and it was really nice, until I started morning (day) dreaming about someone shooting me in the head and leaving me to die with no one to find me. It was a kind of questionable neighborhood! But really it felt good, even though I'm super sore from lifting yesterday. |
