AM: 3-Arcitc Circle. I actually didn't run to arctic circle because I turned around half a mile early, so I could turn on the showers and let them warm up before I got there. Went out to the track for the last mile and did a lot of vizualizing and goal setting stuff. I'm pumped for this season!
PM: 6-Greensprings Figure 8. Did our own little version of Greensprings and took a wrong turn, (on purpose), then had to extend past the DI and to the other side of the high school. I realized I was running quite 'lazy' today and I need to fix it and take care of myself if I want to reach my goals. |
