AM: 3-Arctic Circle.

PM: 9-Desert/Barefoot. Ran up near the water tower by turtle road, then to the soccer fields in Washington. Only did 3 loops cause of mileage, but I was happy cause my ankle and achilles were really acting up! The run back was hideous but doable.

AM: 3-Arctic Circle.

PM: 8.5-Thousands. DI warm and cool, 6*1000. Good workout. I was really consistent and pretty much got faster everytime. I can't remember the times, but I'll update this weekend when I get my Garmin from school. I just know they were sub 3:10.

AM: 11.5-A Tale of Two Cities. Just so everybody knows, Michael Finch misquoted me. So we started in Washington Fields and crossed the washington bridge, then a little through Sanburgs, and down Riverside Drive to River Road, then crossed the St. George Bridge and back into the fray. It was really long, but good. 20 minute tempo section in the middle, about 5:55 pace.

AM: 3-Arctic Circle.

PM: 11.5-Old Man Hills. 5*(2*200, 1*800). All my two's were 34 to 37, and my 800 times are here in order, 2:44, 2:39, 2:32, 2:29, 2:27. Something like that, I know I got in the 20's near the end couple. Sweet workout but I did it on my own. We decided to skip weight's and plyo's thankfully!

PM: 6-2450 Heart/Striders/Weights & Plyo's. Had a change of direction in the run, but it had nothing to do with cute women, and kind of made a heart shape out of it. And it was super windy!But the lifting was good and hard, plyo's a teeny bit lazy.

PM: 10-Washington Fields. Legit tempo section in the run today with Michael, Coach, and I. 5:45 average pace for 40 minutes (almost 7 miles). Started with a 2.5 mile warm up, 7 mile tempo section, 0.5 mile cool down.

PM: 7-Dirty Sock/4x200. No matter what anyone says, that's what the run is called. I even checked from last years runs. I was being a bum on this run cause I was mad, and ornery with everything. But I cheered up about halfway through and had a good time. Did my 200's at home after work. They were pretty fast, but I have no time.
