PM: 11.5-Old Man Hills. 5*(2*200, 1*800). All my two's were 34 to 37, and my 800 times are here in order, 2:44, 2:39, 2:32, 2:29, 2:27. Something like that, I know I got in the 20's near the end couple. Sweet workout but I did it on my own. We decided to skip weight's and plyo's thankfully! |
