AM: 3-Arctic Circle. Ran in my new, cool, running tights so I could fit in with all the Northerners and the girls on the team :)
PM: 7-Prostitute Run with Dirt(y) Mile. Felt good at the beginning and was running well, until my tape job made my foot start throbbing! Started running back on my heels and all heavy. Wasn't the greatest, but we got to start lifting today, so that was good. |
