Was going to run 3 today but after working friday, then staying up at my run-a-thon all night and working all day saturday I was really tired. I was involved in an accident and didn't get around to running. When I finally got home I spent some time with my family and then went to bed.

Check this out. It may help to see what other top runners go through as far as injuries. Copy this link and scroll down a few blog entries: http://antonkrupicka.blogspot.com/

It's good to see you and your happy smiling face out running a bit. You're a great kid.

That guy was crazy and really weird looking. You should grow your hair out like that! But I liked his comment... "It's not really worth worrying about facts that are now out of my control and I definitely realize that, unfortunately, there are plenty of people out there with even more serious concerns than a [running injury]. Doesn't mean it doesn't still suck, though." ...I guess I know now that I can't change or alter the things that have happened but I can change how I react to it for a better outcome in the end.
