PM: 1.5-Track. Helped get the little kids started sort of, wasn't really sure what to do other than stretch with them. Then got taped by Mark so I could do my run. He told me to go as long as it didn't hurt up to a mile and a half. It didn't hurt until the fifth lap, but I kept running and it went away. He also told me to try to pick up the pace the last lap, so I did. It felt good to get a sweat but I almost puked. |
