AM: 3-Arcitic Circle.
PM: 7-Sunrise Tire Hills. 5 Hills up the side of Foremaster. Really hard workout with Devin pushing me on every hill. I think all the other guys did pretty good too. I felt light and fast after the workout, which is a good sign, but my breathing was really crappy on the last hill even though I ran it really strong. |

AM: 3-Arctic Circle.
PM: 6-Target. We did a five miler so we could get back in time to sneak into the freeway tunnel before the girls got there. Tried to scare them but the guys were with them and they had a light. It still kinda worked though. Then extended over to Harts and Bio Life to get mileage. |

AM: 3-Arctic Circle.
PM: 9-Old Man Hills. Really strong work out. 2x800, 4x400, 2x200. 2:35, 2:30, 1:16, 1:14, 1:12, 1:09, 0:32, 0:32... respectively. Casey stayed with me on a couple of them and really pushed me, and pushed himself. It was awesome. Then everyone was pushing on the 200's which made them super fast. |

PM: 3-Cinema 6. Up in Pleasant Grove at my grandparents cause I've got a race in Provo tomorrow. It was a good run. 20:57, so almost exactly a 7:00 pace! Not that that is fast, just that it was almost exact. |

AM: 5-Provo Course. 1 mile warm/cool. 3 mile race. Really good race for me, I stayed with Mack and Clayton from AF for 2.5 miles and then when they took off I kept my pace and couldn't go with them. But I thought it was my strongest and smartest race this whole season! |
