PM: 9-Old Man Hills. Really strong work out. 2x800, 4x400, 2x200. 2:35, 2:30, 1:16, 1:14, 1:12, 1:09, 0:32, 0:32... respectively. Casey stayed with me on a couple of them and really pushed me, and pushed himself. It was awesome. Then everyone was pushing on the 200's which made them super fast. |
