PM: 8-Old Man Hills. Another hill work out but this time over by old man neighborhood except we actually don't do it on the old man hill. imagine that. 200, 400, 800 hills x2. Good work out until the second 800 I just died for some reason. My lungs were burning and my legs were burning.

PM: 8-Nichols Peak. Holy crap can someone bring me a blowdryer? it was so cold and windy out there today. definately not as bad as kanarraville, but colder. I was dying out there. but it was pretty cool cause i found an ipod on the ground and took it home and it actually works!

PM: 6-Mall Drive w/extention. Helped the varsity girls with their tempo then went back and ran with the other girls, who could be varsity, and helped them with their tempo just so we could get some more mileage in.

PM: 6-Foremaster. The best tempo we've had so far. kept the pace really strong up the hill and used the downhill really effectively. 5 miles at a 6:00 pace, with a half mile at a sub 5:00 pace.

PM: 9-Dog Town. Planned on running to wal mart and back but ended up meeting michael and devin on the run. they convinced me to turn around even though i won the rock, paper, scissors. We ran up by coaches house, beat up some little kids, and then we split and i ran back home. I really didn't beat up some kids.
