AM: 4.75-Pine View Invite. 3200 went much better today than the 1600 yesterday. State Qualified by 15 seconds, PR by 14 seconds, and 2nd place overall. I felt amazing! The rain wasn't bad at all, infact I liked it better than a dry race.

PM: Ran the 800 in the medley and either got 4th or 5th we're not sure yet, 1st in our heat by a long shot though. I was in third at the beginning of my 800, and by the end they next guy was over 50 meters back. Then I was put in the 4x400, second leg and I just tried not to get last. I got the baton and I was in last, I passed one person, Trevor passed two, and Dyllen passed one.

Nice running today. Congratulations on the PR and State qualifier. And true to Solinsky form you sported the compression gear. Nice.

That is an outstanding time! Way to go!

Nice run. The wind favored the bigger runners. It was evident that the thinner guys were really having to lean into the backstretch.

Great 2 mile as well. You guys look tough this year.
