AM: 6.5-Ladders. 2xDI warm and cool, 100, 200, 300, 400, 400, 300, 200, 100. Did it hunter style. The JV girls would go, then JV guys, Varsity girls, and then us. We had to try to catch the runners in front of us. After the first 200 my achilles started to ache and burn. I had to stop in between each interval to stretch and massage my tendon, but that didn't stop it from flaring up every time. The cool down was better, but I was really frustrated. |
