You ready for a big 4 tomorrow!

You can count the warm up mileage - I always do (it is running after all)!

I thought that I was fudging by counting the warm-up. Phew! I'm glad we got that figured out.

Hey, if I run to the fridge or bathroom I count it!

Tyson, I was thinking a team party at my house sometime next week. I'll be out of town Monday and maybe Tuesday morning, but any time after that would be great. Could be day or evening... whatever. You guys (Capts.) plan out a day and time and let everyone on the team know. And I'll get ice cream and fixings (or maybe root beer floats or something - let me know).

ok me and Kaylee will talk to Devin and Rachel. And then let you know. Do you want old xc seniors, or just the new team?

I say old xc seniors as well! I hate to be dubbed as old but you know... if Tyson says I am then whatever, I can't blame him!

That sounds fine/fun to me. I was wondering if a lot of people will be gone next week to trek crap? Or is that this week for some people?

That was from me by the way.
