AM: 3-Coral Canyon. PM: 9-Intervals. 2xDI, 4x0:30, 3x800, 4x1000. Stayed with the boys and finished in the front on most of the intervals. My breathing was really suffering, but I felt like my body could go faster it just wouldn't let me. That sounds confusing, but it's true. Cool down really sucked cause I was super sore, I haven't done a workout like that in forever.
