AM: 7-Greensprings/Striders. Kind of a test run to find a new seven mile route. It kind of worked but we were a little short. Had two miles at tempo ...well sort of... just went with level two boys during their tempo. My back and breathing was much better today.
PM: 3-Artic Circle/Lifting. Timmy, Casey and I had a little bit quicker pace than the rest of the guys were up for so we took a break in Artic Circle for a cup of water. Luckily their policy wasn't "No Shoes, No Shirt, No Service." But then the others decided to be tough and not stop for water, so we had to catch back up to them. Lifting was good, I only did two sets cause it was my first time. |
