AM: 3-Arctic Circle.
PM: 9-Damit (Road) to Hell (Hole) in reverse. Made a loop that was pretty much perfectly 9 miles, which was sweet, and it was all Devin's idea. Into Washington, down Hell Hole, across the bridge, up Dam Road, and back to the High School. |

PM: 10-Old Man Hills. 4*(2*200, 1*800). 200's were all 35's and one 34. Casey keeps me on my toes! Then my 8 times were as follows, 2:37, 2:35, 2:30, 2:32. felt really good and consistent. I just wish Mikey was better and Casey would stick in a little longer. |

AM: 3-Arctic Circle.
PM: 9-Desert/Barefoot. Ran up near the water tower by turtle road, then to the soccer fields in Washington. Only did 3 loops cause of mileage, but I was happy cause my ankle and achilles were really acting up! The run back was hideous but doable. |

AM: 3-Arctic Circle.
PM: 8.5-Thousands. DI warm and cool, 6*1000. Good workout. I was really consistent and pretty much got faster everytime. I can't remember the times, but I'll update this weekend when I get my Garmin from school. I just know they were sub 3:10. |

| | AM: 11.5-A Tale of Two Cities. Just so everybody knows, Michael Finch misquoted me. So we started in Washington Fields and crossed the washington bridge, then a little through Sanburgs, and down Riverside Drive to River Road, then crossed the St. George Bridge and back into the fray. It was really long, but good. 20 minute tempo section in the middle, about 5:55 pace. |
