AM: 3-Arctic Circle. It was ok. Over the weekend i found a little pain in my legs and it kind of hurt during the run. but i stretched and iced when i got back to the school and it didn't seem to do anything. so i guess i'll just keep working at it till it goes away.

PM: 10.5-Three Set Michigan. Holy Megan! That was one of the worst workouts ever. Even though I still hit the A standard, I had a hard time doing it. I just stuck it in there and finished...barely. I'm doing some serious stretching and icing now because of coaches urging.

PM: 2-Sports Medicine VO2 max estimation.

PM: 9-Intervals. 1*400 at 1:07, 5*1000 at 2:42, 2:44, 2:46, 2:37, 2:41, 1*400 at 0:59. The thousands were so fast compared to the beginning of the year. Coach says that on average the thousands were at a 4:30 pace! crazy.

AM: 3-Arctic Circle. Feeling amazing after yesterdays 15 minute ice bath and a little stretching.

PM: 8-Dixie High School. Just trying to survive. My legs were hurting. But we had another ice bath at the school. it was so cold but i think it did some good. stretching at home right now.

AM: 3-Arctic Circle. After the run I sat in the glass room doing some real stretching and waiting for Michael to get back so we could partner stretch. felt pretty good but i am still so unflexible and sore. not a good mix.

PM: 6-Pleasant Grove. After a four hour trip to PG for our race at AF we took an easy four miles with the girls and another two miles on our own. the whole time trying to explain to Casey how to get to where we were, when no one was quite sure where we were. feeling pretty good.

AM: 8-Pre Foot Locker Invitational. Really cold at the start but warmed up during the race, obviously. I did ok, but not my best. And for once I beat Trevor but he didn't quite have the race of his life either. Was sort of disapointed at the end that I didn't beat out the AF kid. But coach talked to all of us in the car and we realize that we can learn from this race and just keep getting better. So now that this is off our backs we only have 2 more races, well three if you count our time trial next week, this season... hopefully if we make it to nationals.
