AM: 3-Arctic Circle. It was ok. Over the weekend i found a little pain in my legs and it kind of hurt during the run. but i stretched and iced when i got back to the school and it didn't seem to do anything. so i guess i'll just keep working at it till it goes away.
PM: 10.5-Three Set Michigan. Holy Megan! That was one of the worst workouts ever. Even though I still hit the A standard, I had a hard time doing it. I just stuck it in there and finished...barely. I'm doing some serious stretching and icing now because of coaches urging. |
