AM: 10-Grass/Dikes. Went up on the hill to do some laps at the elementary for terrain training. Then we extended around Dikes, it was really muddy and the rain washed the... wash... even further down. It felt really good today, so I hope I'll be ready for the Time Trial. PM: 4-Campus Loop. After we hiked a little up "C" Trail it started down pouring, so we went home and I did my run to make mileage for the day. It's cool, cause we're on a cycle of mileage, for me it is 12, 12, 14, 14, 10, 10 in a week. We started it on Tuesday, so mine will be a little off this week. |
