AM: 3-Arctic Circle.

PM: 10-Washington Fields/Striders. Eight mile loop into Washington Fields, around Nichols Peak and an extension into Pine View neighborhoods. Everybody said their legs didn't feel great. So we planned on icing after our striders, which added another mile, but we never got around to it because of the team party.

Good mileage and workouts this week - just what we wanted. You guys are all going to be ready to roll. Of course your legs were a bit sore and flat, but I can't believe you ditched icing for the party (you could be 15 minutes late and get your icing in! Right now it is all about health! Health! HEALTH!)

we'll probably ice in the morning a couple of days this next week though. plus we were already like 30 minutes late. We're terrible time managers.
