AM: 9-Canyon Run. I woke up late, missed warm ups, hadn't eaten, and for some reason my back was killing me. But I went in optimistic to this workout. It's three miles up the canyon to practice on our ending pace in a race. I hurt a lot more than I expected, my insides were twisted, I had a huge headache, and every muscle was burning, and didn't get a very good time. Hopefully I'll PR by a lot next time. Oh and we ice bathed afterwards, that was pretty good. But the trainers only let us get the water down to 60 degrees. It felt really warm, which is really weird. PM: 1-Thunderbird Way. Just ran a little bit more, cause I didn't feel like doing it that morning.
