AM: 9-Bicentennial. Ran over to the park where we host the SUU XC Invite. Did some strides and form work with coach, then added mileage back to the stadium. PM: 3-Campus Loop. Just added some mileage around the campus and then went for a swim in the PE building so I can hopefully up my cardio a bit better. It rained a little, which felt really good.
