AM: 3-Arctic Circle.
PM: 10.5-3 set Michigan. 3*[1*800 at 2:45 (5:30 pace), 1*2400 at 9:00 (6:00 pace)] + 1*400 at 1:15 (5:00 pace). Really good workout. I hit the A standard along with Corey and Trevor. Corey did amazing beating it by about 40 seconds, I beat it by about 30 seconds, and I don't know how far Trevor beat it by but he was right behind me the whole time. It was cool getting the A standard, cause i have normally only gotten the B standard on 3 sets, and the A standard only on two sets, but today i got it done. It was kind of cold today too which made it nicer, but how nice can a Michigan workout really be? |
