AM: 3-Arctic Circle. Normal easy run.
PM: 6-DI warm up, 2 miles. 4*200 on the track in a relay style. Corey, Devin, and Ryan won. 3 mile run/cool down. Some extra hills at the end to work on our turnover. Even though it was only four 200's it may have been one of the hardest workouts ever. Sounds sad doesn't it. |
