AM: 3-Arctic Circle. Legs felt so crappy after yesterday but i guess that's why we do these morning run's to get the crap out of our legs. So i'm going to stretch a lot today like i did in the shower this morning.
PM: 7-Green Springs/Striders/Lifting. Easy mileage up green springs then some pretty decent striders when we got back. that was all good. But lifting was not. Because we tapered for state we haven't been lifting for a couple weeks and now my body is killing me. Plyometrics were especially hard. |
