AM: 3-Arctic Circle. Easy three mile recovering from yesterday's beastly workout. My quads hurt so bad.
PM: 8-Michigan. 800 at 5:30 pace, 2400 at 6:00 pace, 800 at 5:30 pace, 2400 at 6:00 pace, 400 at 5:00 pace. total time- 23:53. goal time- 24:45. Hit the A Standard for two sets. I only wish we had done three sets today so I could have hit the A Standard for three sets. Good quality work out though. |
