PM: 10-Old Man Hills. 3x800, 4x400, 4x200 with equal recovery. Started to get some breathing and stomach problems during the last 400 and didn't hit it quite well, but came back with strong 200's right behind Trevor and Corey. Turns out i really just needed to take a dump and I stopped hurting.
PM: 7-Intervals. 2xDI, 5x3:00, 2x200. The 3:00 section were about a 1000 every time and then we hit the 200's at an all out pace. Pretty hard workout but I'm glad i still feel good.
PM: 9-Greensprings Loop & Extension through Sanburgs/2x200. Felt better today but still tired and a little sore. 200's were so slow even though our effort was a lot harder.
