PM: 3-Dikes Water Tower. It's about time to start my new year's resolution with this kickoff run. After a light 20 minute plyometrics workout and stretching just chilled on the trail at a 7:45 pace. A little breezy on the way back south. There's a little pain on the medial side of my left knee.
